Job Description
Student will provide office administrative support for Operations team within Design Lab. Student will report directly to the Sr. Business Manager but will be supervised on a day-to-day basis by the Administrative Coordinator.
Tasks include:
- Website updates (news articles, new members, events)
- Preparing and reconciling Concure expense reports and travel and mileage reimbursements
- Running errands (on-campus)
- Create reservations for conference rooms through EMS reservation system
- Arrange for parking for visitors
- Event support
- Marketplace supply order purchases
- Assisting with general office tasks for other office members as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience working in busy professional office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated skill in using PC-based computers with excellent skills is Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population
- Knowledge of alpha & numeric filing systems
