Web Design/Implementation – Short-term (3 Positions)

Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture

Contact: David Kirsh at

$40/hr base.  Looking for 1-3 people to work on a one-week project to create a simple conference website for an upcoming online conference.

  • HTML / CSS / JavaScript + WordPress
  • $40/hr base

The site is for ANFA, the Academy of Neuroscience for Architecture.  There are three jobs:

  1. Design and implement an attractive agenda page (home) and the 3 main template pages.  These template plates are for the poster, talk and keynote pages This will involve HTML, CSS or purely design and handing off to someone to implement them.
  2. Implement the same Agenda Design in WordPress
  3. We will be embedding videos from a youtube private channel, and also embedding a discussion forum beneath each of the videos for the keynotes.  Someone must test how well the embedded video and embedded discussion forums work, and ideally link the forums with the single sign on of the site so registered users can add comments in each forum using the name they registered with rather than as guest1, guest2 etc.

Naturally, we’re pressed for time so I’m hoping we can have this designed and implemented in one week.

Please contact David Kirsh at with questions or to arrange a quick zoom interview.
