Discovery Sessions

Name the Problem. Chart the Path.

Discovery Session is the natural starting point. A structured session, free for an introductory 90 minutes, or a full-day paid engagement. With a beginners mindset and focusing on who we’re designing for, we help your team articulate a complex challenge and leave with a clear problem statement and a short and long-term design roadmap.

Three people sit around a table in a bright workspace, focused in conversation. A man in a green sweater on the left looks toward a laptop. In the center, a man wearing a black cap and a black t-shirt with a 'Cali's' logo and a 'James White' name sticker rests a finger against his cheek, listening intently. On the right, a person in a gray sweater gestures while holding a blue pen near papers and sticky notes on the table.
